What is Akela? Who is Akela? – Anyone who is a leader to the Cub Scout. Akela can be a parent, teacher, den leader, Cubmaster, or any other adult who helps guide the Cub Scout. The Annual Akela Cub Weekend is a time for Cub Scouts and their Akelas to gather at Camp Alaflo to ehance activities local Units may not be equipped to provide. We offer shooting sports, canoes, ecology lessons, and arts and crafts. 

This is a great time for Packs to toast marshmallows, melt candy bars, and make smores, a cup of cocoa, and some fantastic memories.
